Where are you located?
Our Address is 98 Adams Street New Castle, KY 40050. We are located in Henry County, KY- about 20 minutes from Oldham County, 20 minutes from Shelby County, and 35 minutes from East Louisville. Other surrounding counties nearby include Trimble, Carroll, Owen, and Franklin.
Will my loved one have internet access?
Free WiFi internet is provided for residents and their guests. WiFi is provided for resident and their guests in all common areas.
What’s included in my monthly rent?
Our rates are all-inclusive including room/board and all services including utilities, meals/snacks, activities, 24-hour assistance with ADL’s, maintenance/housekeeping, landscaping, and more. All apartments currently feature a telephone hookup. Cable and telephone are not included in monthly rent but can be set up per resident/family request.
Can my loved one receive mail/packages?
Mail is delivered to residents personally on a daily basis except for holidays. Please address your mail as follows:

Consider using our Send a Greeting feature on the website. Just type the recipient’s name and type your message. When it arrives in our email box we will print it and hand-deliver it to your loved one. You may also choose from a variety of postcards to personalize and mail to our facility for a small fee.
How do you protect patients, staff, and visitors from COVID-19 and other infectious diseases?
Our team is highly trained and experienced in caring for high-acuity patients and infectious diseases like COVID-19. Our dedicated infection prevention nurse helps ensure we follow current infection prevention guidelines and best practices. This includes educating all staff about the appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as N95 masks, surgical masks, gloves, and gowns and when to use COVID-19 protocols required by local department of public health and/or the CDC.
